8- Only one person can connect with the same username/password at a time.
9- Any attempts to steal or take intellectual property from LottoAI Inc. or its employees will result in legal actions.
10- Any attempt to reproduce our services will result in legal actions.
11- There is no refunds:
– If you win or not. Or,
– After 24 hours. Or,
– If you have a reserved selection or more in one of your selection sections. Or,
– If we establish that the service was rendered.
– We take our customers satisfaction seriously, every case will be studied independently.
12- When you save and secure a selection it does not mean you are the only one in the draw with that selection:
– It is possible that someone participating to the draw has chosen the same selection themselves.
– Also, two or more account holders can save and secure a selection at the same time (rare).
– In the Enr. / Save column « 0 » means the selection is not saved and secured and « 1 » means it is saved and secured.
– As soon as the selection is saved and secured it can’t be offered again in the transit section of anyone.
– Every account members have a « List of your saved selections » section for each lottery where they can keep up to a max. of 10 selections.(The amount could vary in time)
– The probability of two account members saving the same selection is very low but its possible as explained.
13- You can write down your selections or take a screenshot. We are not responsible if any selections are removed or deleted from one of your selection sections.
14- You don’t have to save and secure a selection to play it for a draw. But in that case someone else on our website can play it as well.
15- Our algorithm generated selections are randomly distributed between account members when a request is made.
16- Our main purpose is to help our account holders benefit from this service as much as we can. But we can’t give guaranties of winning.
17- Your lottery retailers gives you the information about the theoretical probabilities of winning.
18- We update frequently our algorithms and run tests to offer the best service we can.
19- The account creation prices could vary in time and between countries.
